CellModeller is software for experimentally modelling morphogenesis in plants, written with Jim Haseloff, Lionel Dupuy and Tim Rudge. It shows the role that self-organisation plays in morphogenesis due to complex feedback relationships between spatial, physical, chemical and genetic aspects of the whole system.
